Chris Ringland’s Hoffmann Shiraz is a collaboration project with vigneron, Adrian Hoffmann, using select parcels from ancient vineyards in the prestigious Barossa district of Ebenezer. The 2010 is a truly profound wine with an explosive aroma profile of blackberry, earth, liquorice, dried herbs and spices. It is immensely full-bodied and rich yet has seamless balance and integration.
